The corporate headquarters is based at the Terra Holdings Building at 770 Lexington Avenue at 60th Street. The New York City offices of the residential sales division, with more than 300 sales brokers, are located in seven offices throughout Manhattan and two offices in Brooklyn. The company has nine offices throughout the Hamptons. The Palm Beach offices are at 353 Worth Avenue and 340 Royal Poinciana Way. Finally, the Commercial Services Division has three offices: 770 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan, and two on Long Island – in Garden City in Nassau County and Hauppauge in Suffolk County.
